ZIWIG, diagnostic innovation for women's health

In 2022, Sothema took a stake in Ziwig, a European startup revolutionizing medical diagnostics with sophisticated, reliable devices accessible to healthcare professionals.

ASD (Advanced Scientific Developments), R&D as a lever for therapeutic innovation

Based in Bouskoura, ASD is the Group's biopharmaceutical and biotechnology research center. It supports the development of new formulations and the optimization of existing products.

OLIPEN, Morocco's first boosted antibiotic

In 2022, Sothema developed Olipen, the first purely Moroccan boosted antibiotic — a combination of amoxicillin, clavulanic acid and cineole, designed to treat resistant infections.
